How the Dot2Dot service works

Dot2Dot’s innovative airport transfer service transports you between Heathrow Airport and your central London hotel in style and comfort. Our airport shuttle service is about half the price of a taxi, offering you a cheap alternative for transferring between hotel and airport.

We can take you where you want to go, 24/7. We have vehicles travelling between central London and the airport every five minutes.

You don’t need to worry about traffic. We use express bus lanes to avoid most of the queues and have live traffic data to get us around any major disruption. Our vehicles have been specifically designed for this service and will transport you in comfort, with plenty of room for you and your luggage.

Dot2Dot is a service for everyone. We can provide safety seats for children, and if you have special travel needs please call us to discuss how we can serve you.

Following your journey with us we will e-mail you a customer satisfaction form. Please take the few minutes necessary to tick answers to the six questions. We would like this feedback to refine our service and all our staff are rewarded on the results.

Travelling to the airport

Tell us which flight you are on, and rely on us to pick you up when you need to travel. When the time comes to leave, we will call you when the vehicle is half a mile away, to make sure that you are ready to go. Sharing with others will barely slow you down; there will only be three other pick ups (all in your local area) before we speed off to the airport.

Travelling from the airport

Come to our desk in the terminal and the size of our fleet means we guarantee that you will not wait long. We understand that flights can be delayed, but the frequency of our service means you will be on your way within 20 minutes no matter what.
