As part of our ongoing commitment to customer service, we at Dot2Dot love to get feedback from our customers and find out how they rate our service so that we can continually improve it. Three days after travel, we send all customers who have provided their email address a short survey to complete.
We are delighted with the positive feedback we have received and are pleased to say that over 80% of passengers surveyed rated our overall service as good or excellent and over 85% would recommend us to their friends and family!

Customer Survey Results
In the February 2008 survey over 95% of passengers surveyed rate the comfort and cleanliness of the service as good or excellent.
Over 90% of passengers of passengers surveyed rate the booking process and driver professionalism as good or excellent.
95% of customers surveyed in February would recommend Dot2Dot.
