A new approach to airport transfers

In April 2007, National Express Group entered the airport transfer market by acquiring Hotelink, the only established operator of such services in the UK. Since then, the business has been re-designed, re-named and expanded. In particular this expansion has involved new standards, new custom-built vehicles and highly sophisticated control and information systems based on those used in the USA.

Dot2Dot is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Express Group dedicated to excellent customer service and making travel simpler for air passengers to and from central London. It is headed by a Managing Director who reports to the Chief Executive of National Express UK.
